MOHAU MODISAKENG AND VICTOR EHIKHAMENOR AT THE 57TH VENICE BIENNALE

Mohau Modisakeng has produced an immersive video installation entitled ‘Passage’ for his part of the two-person show which this year forms the South African pavilion. The exhibition will also include Candice Breitz, and will be curated by Lucy MacGarry and Musha Neluheni.

Victor Ehikhamenor has created ‘A Biography of the Forgotten’, a large-scale installation piece, to represent his country of origin at the Biennale. Nigeria’s first-ever national pavilion, titled ‘How About Now?’, will be curated by Adenrele Sonariwo and Emmanuel Iduma.
